lounge room progress
Every lounge room needs a solid centrepiece, and Felipe has nailed it with his latest woodwork creation.
Crafted from warm natural timber with clean horizontal lines and an open lower shelf for stashing books, it fits right in with the mid-century vibe of the house.
Resting on tapered legs salvaged from the op shop coffee table we bought [the one I accidentally sat on and broke – long story] it has wonderfully been given a second lease on life.
Paired above our retro striped rug [our first official purchase], it brings the whole lounge space together without any fuss.
Alrighty. The long story bit? Looked like an Tracy Emin artwork, apparently.
Much better now, yes?
